Here are the D1 caliber DB’s that we’ve been able to evaluate in person:

Top Level D1 Talent

Here are the players who we strongly believe, can play for multiple Division 1 football teams:

(In alphabetical order, according to first name)

Dallin Brown, Pine View HS, 2019 – Brown is a star player that plays QB, WR, and DB.  He showed his versatility at the Southern Utah D1 Showcase, while winning MVP.  He’s a special player.  We strongly believe that he can play for many Power 5 schools, and greatly contribute to those programs.  He’s one of the biggest kept secrets, that we came across last year.  He is a Power 5 caliber football player.

Kaleb Lundquist, Spanish Fork HS, 2019 – Lundquist is one of the most talented cornerbacks, that has come out of Utah in recent time.  He is also one of the most fierce and confident competitors that we have evaluated.  Lundquist is the prototypical Division 1 corner, from all aspects.  This young man gets it.  We highly recommend for D1 schools to go and evaluate him in person.  We strongly believe that he is a legitimate Division 1 caliber football player.

Kyrese Rowan-White, Roy HS, 2019 – This young man is considered one of the top overall athletes in the state of Utah.  He plays multiple positions on the field, and is considered amongst the top players in the state at each position.  Rowan-White had a strong showing at the Northern Utah D1 Showcase against, quality D1 caliber competition.  He’s a talented wide receiver, kick returner, running back, and  DB.  He’s a legit Division 1 caliber football player, that needs to be on every school’s radar and highly recruited.

Mekhi Bright, Kearns HS, 2019 – The Kearns product is another reason why this DB class is special.  Bright is considered to be one of the top football players in the state.  He is also considered to be one of the top D1 caliber players, on the defensive side of the ball.  Here’s why we believe Bright has the potential to be a star on the D1 level: Click here to read

Nate Mahi, Dixie HS, 2019 – Mahi is one of the most gifted all around athletes in the state. He is also one of the most down to earth and humble human beings, that we’ve had the opportunity to meet. He is also considered one of the top wide receivers in the state. Mahi is an all around quality athlete, and is the complete package, as a D1 caliber recruit.  Mahi earned his MVP status at the Southern Utah D1 Showcase, and was also one of the top performers at Utah D1 – Rising Stars (All Star Camp).  We strongly believe Mahi is one of the biggest sleepers in Utah.

D1 Watch List

Here are the players who we strongly recommend for D1 schools to heavily evaluate and recruit:

(In alphabetical order, according to first name)

Kimball Henstrom, Alta HS, 2019 – We really like this young man. He showed up at the Central Utah D1 Showcase, and was named one of the top performers.  He also had a great day at Utah D1’s – Rising Stars.  Henstrom is talented enough to play anywhere in the defensive backfield.  If he continues his momentum from camp, he will have some good opportunities to play at the next level.

Marshun Swinney, Snow Canyon HS, 2019 – The Mississippi product is tall, long, and fast.  Our first time evaluating him was at the Southern Utah D1 Showcase, and he had a great day, against many of the top skill players in the state.  He should be on everyone’s radar.

Tyson Miller, Dixie HS, 2019 – Miller is one of the most vicious football players that we’ve evaluated.  He competes with the best of ’em, and his highly skilled.  Miller is one of the hardest hitters in the state.  He had outstanding performances at the Southern Utah D1 Showcase and Utah D1’s – Rising Stars.  We love what Miller brings to the table, and strongly believe that colleges need to recruit him heavy.  He can play.

Top Underclassmen

Here are the top underclassmen, in the state of Utah, at the DB position:

(listed in alphabetical order, according to first name)

Nick Session, East HS, 2020 – We had the opportunity to evaluate Sessions a couple of times last season at East High School.  Session is a Division 1 caliber football player, and one of the top players in the 2020 class. Coach Matich told us that he had a special DB in Session, and everything he said about him was right on the money.  We’re looking forward to watching Session compete this season, against the top receivers in the state.

Raider Damuni, Timpview HS, 2021 – Damuni is one of the top defensive backs in the state, right now, as a sophomore.  He’s mentally and physically miles above the top players at his position, in the 2021 class.  We were able to evaluate him at the Central Utah D1 Showcase, and the biggest thing that stood out was his skill level, athleticism, and strong competitive nature.  He is also a very intelligent young man. He went up against the top receivers at the Central Utah D1 Showcase, and shut them down.  Damuni is special.  If he continues this upward trend, he will be one of the top players nationally, in the 2021 class.
